The following is a timeline I put together derived from the information masterfully laid out by Patel Patriot in his Devolution series. All I did was simplify some of the information provided in the articles by putting it all into a timeline to help you visualize what Trump and his team was doing behind-the-scenes during the build-up and lead-in to activating the plan for devolution. This should help you connect the dots along the way as you read the articles, which I highly recommend before reviewing this timeline as there are some details not included that you would miss otherwise.
2017
January 6, 2017 – Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson (Obama’s SHS) released a statement designating “Election Infrastructure” as a “critical infrastructure subsector” within the existing critical infrastructure sector titled: “Government Facilities”. This allowed Election Infrastructure Security to fall under the umbrella of the DHS. Since election infrastructure is now considered as part of critical infrastructure any interference by foreign adversaries on our elections is considered an act of war. So, if there was foreign interference in the 2020 election – which we will find out from the forensic audits – then we are indeed at war with not only foreign enemies but also with a treasonous domestic enemy who helped throw open the gates and was essentially selling America off to the highest bidder.
May 11, 2017 – Trump establishes Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity. Interesting that he assembles this committee just 4 months into his first term in office.
President Trump issued Executive Order 13799: Establishment of Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity. Vice President Mike Pence was the chair of the commission and they were to “study the registration and voting processes used in Federal elections”. It was solely an advisory commission and was to submit a report to the president.
The commission was met with major backlash after requesting donor data and information from the individual states. At least eight lawsuits were filed challenging the commission, alleging that its activities violated the law. On Jan 3rd, 2018, without any report having been released, Trump disbanded the commission blaming “mostly Democrat States”:
August 2017 – Trump directs United States Trade Representative to investigate Chinese economic practices, whose subsequent report in 2018 attacks many aspects of China’s monetary policy.
2018
March 2018 – Future Trump Secretary of Defense appointee Christopher Miller begins work at the National Counterterrorism Center (NCC).
September 12, 2018 – Trump signs Executive Order 13848 Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election. Ironically he signs this executive order just in time for the 2018 Midterm elections, but ultimately it would come into play during the 2020 general election. Trump is always 10 steps ahead.
November 2018 – Trump creates the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (See here and here). According to their own website, “The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) is the Nation’s risk advisor, working with partners to defend against today’s threats and collaborating to build more secure and resilient infrastructure for the future.” The CISA website lists all 16 of the critical infrastructure sectors but I want to focus on the Government Facilities Sector because that is where you can find the Election Infrastructure Subsector. November 10, 2018 – Anthony Tata was promoted to Senior Official Performing the duties of the Undersecretary of Defense for Policy. The USD(P) happens to be the primary coordinator for Department of Defense Directive 3020.26 which “establishes DoD continuity policy and assigns responsibilities for its implementation.” (See here). Tata is also an author who writes “Tom Clancy-style military thrillers”. He published a book in November of 2019 entitled “Double Crossfire”. The book has an interesting description – “In the most shocking scenario of our time, former Brigadier General Anthony J. Tata takes you inside a brilliantly conceived, brutally executed plot to overthrow our government — from within”.
2019
May 15, 2019 – President Trump issued Executive Order 13873: Securing the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and Services Supply Chain. Key summary here.
So let’s recap quick and be amazed at what Trump did here.
- His September 2018 EO 13848 created a path for the DOD and the military to bypass all agencies and report directly to the president any information they find regarding foreign interference in an election.
- EO 13848 allows for recommendations for other REMEDIAL ACTIONS not listed in the provided EO sanctions.
- EO 13848 defines Election Infrastructure as ICT and systems used in the election process.
- His May 2019 EO 13873 prohibits using components in our critical infrastructure made by foreign adversaries
October 26, 2019 – This image is posted to Instagram by Dan Scavino, Trump’s social media manager.
The photo was taken on 10/26/2019. The caption reads “ISIS Leader, Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi – is DEAD.” To me this picture shows Scavino was informed on national security operations as well as counter-terrorism operations. Look who else is in the picture with him.
- Christopher Miller – Serving as a counterterrorism advisor on the United States National Security Council.
- Kash Patel – Serving as senior director of the Counterterroism Directorate at the United States National Security Council.
Scavino appeared to be getting counterterrorism briefings while standing directly next to two of the biggest players in the Devolution Series. Just one more “coincidence” in this theory I’m sure.
December 21, 2019 – Trump establishes Space Force as the sixth branch of the United States military. (See here). It is becoming clear by now, and will become clearer, how Trump has taken the necessary steps to safeguard our election with the help of the military. There is little doubt that Trump, with the assistance of the military, caught foreign adversaries aiding the Democrats to steal the 2020 election, and its very likely that Trump had a plan in place to catch the Democrats in the act during the 2018 midterm elections, which we will likely learn more about later when the fraud of the 2020 election finally comes to light.
2020
January 15, 2020 – Trump tariffs on Chinese products causes “trade war” that culminates in Phase One trade deal signing. This was also the day Nancy Pelosi submitted articles of impeachment against President Trump during his first impeachment trial and on the very same day the first case of COVID-19 is reported to have arrived in Seattle, Washington. Coincidence?!
February 2020 – Likely when President Trump may have ordered the military to review and prepare the continuity of government plans. (See Newsweek article referenced below). In this same month, Trump is acquitted of both articles of impeachment. Now that the impeachment trial is over, what else do the Democrats have left in their arsenal to try to derail Trump and get their agenda back on track?
March 18, 2020 – Newsweek article makes the first public reference to the idea of “Devolution” as it relates to the government’s contingency plan in case the COVID-19 pandemic incapacitates our leaders.
May 1, 2020 – Trump states he has seen evidence that COVID came from lab in China. (See here).
May 7, 2020 – Trump says Coronavirus attack is worse than Pearl Harbor (See here). This was a subtle way of saying “We are at war.”
May 25, 2020 – Death of George Floyd
May 31, 2020 – Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) given permission to investigate and secretly surveil George Floyd protestors. Can we say ANTIFA? (See here). Trump tweets saying Antifa will be designated a terrorist organization – See here.
June 1, 2020 – Trump urges governors to deploy the National Guard and threatens to end the protests with the military. (See here). Trump makes surprise visit to St. John Church (Bible photo-op). Hours after photo-op in front of St. John’s Church an FBI spy plane started surveilling Washington D.C. protests.
June 3 & 4, 2020 – National Guard uses RC-26 to surveil DC protests; AG Barr announces DOJ has evidence of Antifa involvement
June 4, 2020 – Jennifer Van Laar of Redstate publishes the first of 5 articles on the Chinese defector, Vice Minister Dong Jingwei of the Ministry of State Security (MSS). See here, here, and here). Jingwei defected to the United States on February 10, 2021. Dong was previously the chief of counterintelligence for the MSS. If true, Mr. Jingwei would be the highest-level Chinese defector in history. It would be as if General Flynn when he was the Director of the DIA, defected to China with all of our military intelligence secrets. China claims Jingwei was still in China and presents a photo apparently proving he is still there (see here) which was released on June 24, the same time a key meeting was taking place in Shanghai. Some have claimed that the image is Photoshopped, and India even raised some eyebrows when they claimed that there was no representation from China.
June 19, 2020 – Reporting confirms the DHS “used helicopters, airplanes and drones in more than 15 cities to watch protests over the killing of George Floyd and obtained more than 270 hours of surveillance”.
June 26, 2020 – Trump issues Executive order for Protecting American Monuments, Memorials, and Statues and Combating Recent Criminal Violence; Barr releases implementation memo for creation of a DOJ task force on violent antigovernment extremists. So based on the timeline above in June 2020, we know that surveillance was taking place at these protests. We know there was a task force created to handle extremist groups. We also know that Trump wanted Antifa to be classified as a terrorist organization, something that shouldn’t be taken lightly. It is important to understand what that would mean.
So lets just summarize a few points so we’re on the same page.
- In order for military to get involved in handling terrorism, there needs to be a “foreign” or “international” aspect to the group(s) committing the terrorism.
- Trump said the USA will be designating Antifa as a “Terrorist organization”.
- AG Barr said they were “also seeing foreign actors”.
- Multiple agencies (including the District of Columbia National Guard) were using multiple forms of surveillance to monitor the protests. DC NG involvement = Department of Defense and the army.
When you add all this up, it tells me they were treating Antifa as a foreign or international terrorist organization and were using all available resources to track and monitor the members on the ground including the military. Who would be in charge of overseeing an investigation into Antifa as a foreign or international terrorist organization?
It is worth noting that during this same period of time, Secretary of Defense Miller was serving as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Combating Terrorism (DASD (SO/CT)) from January 6, 2020 through August 7, 2020. At the same time, Miller was serving simultaneously as the Acting Secretary of Defense. Are you starting to connect the dots? Watch this interview with Chris Miller from October 2020.
July 10, 2020 – FBI receives intelligence from Chinese virologist, Dr. Li-Meng Yan, that China knew about the coronavirus in the Wuhan lab, and the possibility of a leak from the lab, before it claimed it knew anything. (See here).
July 30, 2020 – Lieutenant General Scott D. Berrier, per Trump appointment, is confirmed as the director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). Note the difference between the DIA and the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency): “DIA and CIA are both members of the Intelligence Community. However, while the CIA is focused on providing intelligence to the President and his cabinet, we in the DIA are the principal source of foreign intelligence to combat related missions.” Read that again: “Combat Related Missions.” Remember, we are at war.
August 2020 – Christopher Miller becomes Director of the National Counterterrorism Center (NCC) and is soon after replaced by Ezra Cohen-Watnick as he transitions from “acting” Secretary of Defense to the actual Secretary of Defense in November 2020.
August 17, 2020 – Trump states “the only way we’re going to lose this election is if the election is rigged’ in article from The Hill. (See here).
August 25, 2020 – Trump warns Republican convention of a ‘rigged election’ (See here). Note: Trump knew what was going on even during the 2012 election of Romney v. Obama. Trump also knew in 2016 that he would have won the popular vote had not so many illegal votes been cast (See here). Trump knew the Left was stealing elections back then, he knew it in 2016, and after he became president he knew even more about their corrupt game of election fraud. Do you not think as president he would not have access to this information? Think Space Force. More not that later.
September 17, 2020 – Trump makes remarks from the White House Conference on American History. Trump is teaching us what is at stake and what we are fighting for.
November 9, 2020 – Trump promotes “former” acting Secretary of Defense Chris Miller as the new Secretary of Defense. Miller’s particular skillset is impressive, especially his expertise in “irregular warfare.” One of his last assignments as an Army officer was as Director for Special Operations and Irregular Warfare within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations/Low-Intensity Conflict (ASD (SO/LIC)). Keep that in mind because it will come up a lot.
November 11, 2020 – Days following his appointment of acting Secretary of Defense, Christopher Miller and Trump start making moves in the Department of Defense (DoD) that many considered unusual (See here).
November 11, 2020 – Trump appoints Kashyap Patel as Chief of Staff for Acting Sec Def Miller. He played a major role in uncovering the corruption of the Democrat party during both Spygate and the Ukraine Scandal. He is a lawyer who was a legal liaison to the Joint Special Operations Command. It was even rumored he was being considered to lead the CIA to replace Gina Haspel. As Chief of Staff for Sec Def Miller, Patel would have been intimately involved with the operations planning. He was also designated to lead the DoD’s coordination with Biden’s transition team.
Ezra Cohen-Watnick was promoted to fill the role of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence (UDI), the top Pentagon civilian overseeing intelligence. While in this role, he also continued to serve as the Acting Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Low-Intensity Conflict (ASD (SO/LIC)). He was working as both the UDI and the ASD (SO/LIC) from November 11th – January 20th.
Guess who the directly reports to the UDI? The director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). If you’re not sure why that is relevant go back and read Part 2 of my Devolution series.
Ezra was first brought into the NSC by General Michael T. Flynn. He has experience with the DIA, CIA, Defense Clandestine Service, and the NSC.
November 12, 2020 – CISA releases statement saying “the November 3rd election was the most secure in American history.” But I thought CISA were the good guys? If so, then why would they work closely with the partners listed in the Election Infrastructure Subsector who themselves are suspect in carrying out the election fraud, i.e., Dominion Voting Systems, Smartmatic, SCYTL, etc.? (See page 3 of election infrastructure charter) It’s clear that CISA – then director Christopher Krebbs – was running cover for these groups. While Trump created the CISA, I believe he managed to do this as a way to eventually show the people just how corrupt our DOJ, FBI and intelligence agencies really are, and ultimately who they work for – and it’s not the American people.
November 18, 2020 – Secretary of Defense, Chris Miller, signs memorandum designating the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Low-Intensity Conflict (ASD (SO/LIC)) as a “principle staff assistant” which would report directly to The Secretary of Defense and Deputy Secretary of Defense. So Ezra Cohen Watnick would be reporting directly to Sec Def Miller. Even more interesting was the memo released shortly thereafter by Deputy Sec Def Norquist titled “Development of an Implementation Plan for a Direct Reporting Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Low-Intensity Conflict”. Why is this significant? Because this is the who is running Devolution right now!
November 30, 2020 – Planning meetings for the implementation of Devolution likely took place during this week, which likely lead to some off-script remarks Christopher Miller made on the 1st anniversary of Space Force. Watch here. But he’s only been in office for 6 weeks. What type of complex military operations could he have been part of in such a short period of time? The Department of Homeland Security renewed the charter again for two more years and with that renewal came the straw that broke the election fraud’s back. If you go back to the main Election Infrastructure Subsector: Charters and Membership landing page and click on the link for the 2021 version of the charter which was released in February, you’ll notice something different (hint: compare the membership from 2020 to 2021).
They changed the name from “Election Infrastructure Subsector Coordinating Council” (EISCC) to “Election Infrastructure Subsector Government Coordinating Council” (EIS GCC). It now reads that “EIS GCC membership is composed of government agencies and organizations representing government officials that own, operate, or administer subsector physical or cyber assets, systems, and processes or have responsibility for supporting security and resilience of those assets, systems, and processes.”
No mention of Dominion or Smartmatic. No mention of the private sector companies from 2020 at all.
Can you say cover-up? Where is congress asking questions about this?
Everything about the 2020 election points to fraudulent activity. The Arizona Senate has subpoenaed the routers from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors but the MCBS has not been cooperating. Why haven’t they turned over the routers? The AZ forensic auditors need to see internet traffic on those routers to see if anything nefarious took place and to finalize their audit.
Refer back to the previously mentioned Epoch Times article. There is also this article claiming a Swiss bank majority-owned by communist China paid Dominion parent company $400 million. Finally, this reporting from Catherine Herridge stating DNI John Ratcliffe Confirmed There Was Foreign Interference in November Elections: Report (theepochtimes.com).
Let’s put two and two together here.
- Dominion Voting Systems was part of the United States Government sanctioned advisory council that was responsible for election infrastructure security, the DHS knew they had a conflict of interest yet let them operate without oversight.
- Multiple reports of financial ties between the CCP and Dominion.
- As the Epoch Times stated “Dominion’s voting technology is currently used in 28 U.S. states and Puerto Rico, according to the firm’s official website. More than 40 percent of American voters cast their ballots through the Dominion system in general elections, including 65 of Michigan’s 83 counties, all 159 counties in Georgia, and 2.2 million voters in Maricopa, Arizona’s largest county, among others.”
The logical conclusion I come to is that China was able to bypass security measures that Dominion Voting Systems was responsible for implementing, in order to access Dominion Voting Systems own machines resulting in the fraudulent outcome of this election.
That is clearly an act of War, and our own Department of Homeland Security sanctioned it and then covered it up. Our only saving grace in all of this is the Space Force. Our Military could access those Maricopa county routers without subpoena. They have all the information they need and they have likely had it since November 3rd when they we’re monitoring it live. Trump didn’t leave the security of our election up to CISA and CISA alone. The military was watching.
December 3, 2020 – DNI John Ratcliffe writes op-ed in the Wall Street Journal titled “China Is National Security Threat No. 1. Key points here, here, and here.
He specifically calls out the intelligence agencies saying “we must look with clear eyes at the facts in front of us, which make plain that China should be America’s primary national security focus going forward.” He didn’t want them to go down the path of covering up for the CCP and their involvement in the election theft.
We know the Military was already watching the foreign actors involved with the riots. We also know that they would be used to safe guard the election. They even call themselves the “Guardians”.
There is little doubt in my mind that with the technological capabilities employed by the United States Space Force, that they saw foreign interference as it was happening. They were ready to act as needed but they were waiting for the the constitutional process to play out and gave the Intelligence Community a chance to do their job as required by Executive Order 13848. The Military waited until it was obvious the IC was going to allow the election to be stolen and they had failed in their duty to protect the citizens of their States.
December 7, 2020 – President Trump signed Executive order 13961: Governance and Integration of Federal Mission Resilience and on December 30th he released the Federal Mission Resilience Strategy 2020. Notice the timing here. As this was released, Trump had already started putting Devolution into motion. Keep that in mind as you read it. It’s almost like he is telling you he is about to do something big. Clearly, we are at war.
December 8, 2020 – Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton sues battleground states for unconstitutional changes to their election laws. (Click here).
December 12, 2020 – DNI Ratcliffe spent some significant time with President Trump; The very next day, on December 13th, President Trump Posts this to twitter (these are the tweets lurehound and John from telegram were referencing): Click here.
December 15, 2020 – Dan Scavino tweets this image with the following caption: “Historical moment in the Oval—will share what it was, one of these days, when I can….” Looking closely at his tweet, we can see that there are green trees in the background. There wouldn’t be green trees outside the window in December. Clearly that picture was taken during warmer weather. So I simply dug through Scavino’s Facebook page and finally I came across this picture from June 1, 2020. This picture is clearly from the same meeting as the tweet Scavino sent out on December 15. The picture in the June 1st tweet was taken while they were preparing his address to the nation regarding the riots and Antifa. The address where he “threatens” to mobilize the Military.
The Military knew before June 1 that there were foreign actors involved in these riots but they didn’t get involved with active surveillance (publicly anyway) until it got to the point that city and state governments failed in their duty to protect the citizens of their States.
June 1, 2020, is the date the Military became actively involved in the Antifa investigation.
December 15, 2020, the day the Military moved from “planning” for Devolution to “implementing” Devolution.
December 19, 2020 – Dan Scavino tweets 3 separate images of Trump with portraits of Lincoln, Jackson and Churchill. See here, here and here. Each of the historical figures pictured in these tweets were “war-time” leaders. The image of Churchill is particularly significant (See here).
December 30, 2020 – Trump releases Federal Mission Resilience (FMR) Strategy, which describes how our Spec Ops are operating a Devolution of government right now!
2021
January 5, 2021 – The day before the “insurrection” Trump issued Executive Order 13971: Addressing the Threat Posed by Applications and Other Software Developed or Controlled by Chinese Companies. Key points from EO are here and here.
One of the companies President Trump singled out in this executive order is Tencent QQ. Tencent QQ is owned by Tencent Holdings Ltd. Tencent Holdings Ltd has many subsidiaries in various markets for internet-related services and products. One of those subsidiaries is Tencent Technology (Shenzhen) Company Limited.
The United States has many different classifications for its patents. One such classification is Class 705/12 – Voting or Election Arrangement. Tencent Technology (Shenzhen) Company Limited holds a patent under the 705/12 – Voting or Election Arrangement. (Below) The abstract discusses social networks but looking through the actual patent it seems to do more with servers.
Does one of the companies who put on our election use hardware or software from a CCP associated company? A company with a “Voting and election” patent? I believe Trump caught the CCP and this was his way of telling them and he told them the day before the “insurrection” false flag.
The Military is our only solution to take back the constitutional form of government our founders intended for us.
President Donald J. Trump left an opportunity for the Military to take remedial actions to counter and correct the stolen election. Everything points to them seizing that opportunity.
January 6, 2021 – Trump holds “Save America” rally; Antifa stages coup at the Capitol. ***Theory*** Sometime between December 7 (When Trump issued executive order 13961: Governance and Integration of Federal Mission Resilience) and January 6, 2021, President Donald Trump used a Presidential Executive Action Document (PEAD) to suspend the counting of the electoral college votes. More information on PEADs.
When the dust settled, nobody talked about the challenges to the electoral college vote anymore. They swiftly proceeded to “vote” for Biden and here we are. Think about just a few of the things that have happened as a result of that day.
- The “electoral college vote” went through without challenge.
- Social media and big tech used it as a pretext to censor Trump and his supporters.
- They used it to justify a second impeachment even though he had “left” office.
- They used it to go after and imprison Trump supporters just for being in the Capitol, the large majority of which didn’t do anything nefarious.
- They use it to target Trump supporters who weren’t at the Capitol.
- They have used it to start this bogus January 6th commission.
- They continue to use the narrative of the “insurrection” attempting to go invalidate the audits.
How Jan 6th played out was far more beneficial to Trump’s enemies than it was for Trump and it was so obvious that something like this would happen. Antifa is known for infiltrating these types of events yet Trump gave them a massive opportunity to do so. What was he thinking?
As always, he was thinking 10 steps ahead. Trump set them up. Interesting that this memorandum was released just a day before the inauguration and the storming at the Capitol with little fanfare or mention by the media.
January 7, 2021 – Former DNI director, John Ratcliffe, declassifies Views on Intelligence Community Election Security Analysis. Key points here, here, here, and here.
January 20, 2021 – Pentagon officials under President Donald Trump refuse to provide information about current operations, particularly “in the special operations realm.” Remember, Kash Patel was designated to lead the transition on behalf of the DoD. He along with Sec Def Miller and the rest of Trump’s allies “refused to provide information about current operations, particularly in the special operations realm”. That would be the same “realm” from the memo above. This is unprecedented in terms of Presidential Transitions.
March 2021 – Department of Homeland Security releases report on Foreign Interference Targeting Election Infrastructure or Political Organization, Campaign, or Candidate Infrastructure. Key points here and here.
March 19, 2021 – U.S. Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken, meets with Chinese representatives in attempt to jumpstart new relations. Meetings were described as “hostile.” Here is a copy of the transcript from the meeting. What everybody has missed about these “hostile” public remarks is the actual cause of them. Publicly China told the United States to stay out of China’s “Internal affairs.” Privately, The CCP demanded that the U.S. hand over Dong Jingwei. “Blinken wasn’t aware that Dong was with the US Government”. The DIA has had Dong since February and nobody outside of the DIA knew about it. That includes “President” Biden, the so-called commander-in-chief of the United States armed forces. How is it possible that the United States President was unaware of the highest level defector in history ? Maybe this is why. DIA leadership (Trump appointed Lt. Gen Berrier) believes there are “Chinese spies or sources inside the FBI, CIA, and several other federal agencies.” He has proof. The defector brought “terabytes” of data with him. Included in that data is the “names of Chinese Spies working in the US” and “Names of US Citizens who provide intel to China” as well as Hunter “(and Joe’s) business dealings with Chinese entities.” (See here). The implications here are MASSIVE. The DIA (the principal source of intelligence for COMBAT RELATED MISSIONS) kept the defector a secret because the President was implicated by the information the defector provided. Yikes! According to this article Dong Jingwei was last seen in public in September 2020.
April 2, 2021 – Hunter Biden dodges questions regarding laptop seized by FBI (See here).
May 27, 2021 – Biden orders investigation into virus origin as lab leak theory is debated. (See here). As the article said, the Biden administration “this spring shut down a state department investigation into whether the virus could have leaked from a Wuhan lab, deeming the probe an ineffective use of resources.” Trump started the state department investigation. Biden terminated it. Now he backtracks and has the IC looking into the origin again? It was as if somebody who knew the facts was pressuring them to correct the story—corroborating reports that the DIA has challenged the FBI and CIA with information received from Dong Jingwei.
June 22, 2021 – Biden administration shoots down rumors of Chinese defector to the U.S. (See here). Wonder why?
Nothing can stop what’s coming and the Left can see this, but they will refuse to go down without a fight. However, what we continue to see daily with the more Draconian/Marxist tactics employed by the Left to force vaccinations, destroy the economy, etc., is to divert attention from their greatest fear: the forensic audits.
The best is yet to come.
